Big Ten Conference Predictions
The two meetings between No. 7 Michigan and No. 10 Michigan State will likely determine if one of the two state rivals gets a No. 2 or No. 3 seed in the upcoming NCAA tourney. The pair will be two of eight teams from the Big Ten to make March Madness.
Purdue (19-7, 12-3) is hanging around the frontrunners and could possibly earn the top seed in the conference tournament. No. 21 Iowa, No. 22 Wisconsin (18-8, 10-5) and No. 24 Maryland (20-7, 11-5) are all in as are Ohio State (17-9) and Minnesota (17-10). The Buckeyes and Gophers could be one of the last four teams in or out. Both teams have tough remaining games. The Buckeyes play four of the ranked teams in the conference and the Golden Gophers play three.
